Summary

Location: Broadway & Highland Ave on east side of US 41

Nature of Development: proposing to rezone the 10.66 acre property south of Lord's Way from a Place of Worship to a Religious Facility, and include four proposed structures: a 1,000 seat sanctuary, a classroom building, a multi-purpose building, and an open air structure. Additionally, the site will be upgraded to current standards for parking, landscaping and storm water management.
