Developers: an entity created jointly by The Lutgert Companies and the Barron Collier Companies

Type of Development: Development of Regional Impact, Mixed Use

Size and Scope: new owners are seeking to

• Reduce retail from 550,000 square feet to 250,000 square feet
• Reduce office uses from 120,000 square feet to 100,000 square feet, and
• Increase the number of housing units from 150 to 600, while
• Retaining the authority to build 150 hotel rooms.
