Report A Suspected Code Violation
If you think a code violation has occurred in Estero, you are welcome to
submit it here. The Code Enforcement Committee of the Estero Council of
Community Leaders will pursue the matter with County officials. The Code
Enforcement Committee, the Estero Council of Community Leaders, and Esterofl.org
have NO enforcement authority, however, they have dealt with the County's Code
Enforcement department extensively and are willing to address these matters for
residents.
Note: Businesses are sometimes granted temporary exceptions to signage codes for special events.
Existence of these signs, flags, etc do not always indicate a code violation.
