These minutes will only record information pertaining to motions made and voted upon at the meeting.

A motion was made by Nick Batos to establish a "defense fund" for the ECCL, the money held in a special account, never be used for any support or opposition of any political candidate, but put toward "quality of life" issues within the Estero community. These funds would be available to support attorneys, planners, architects, engineers, consultants and scientists toward an end goal of protecting and improving Estero.

The motion was seconded by Jane McNew and a vote was taken. The vote was unanimous in favor of the above motion.
