·2 Applicant seeking deviation from 45 foot maximum building height requirement. Need plan to show final height. (LDC code)
·3 Applicant to revise plans to show location of mechanical equipment (stated this will be located on the roof)
·4 Applicant to submit all 4 elevations
·5 Main entrance needs to be revised looks like a fire escape. Clarification of actual height.
·6 Pedestrian linkages need to be revised suggest adding a sidewalk in the courtyard. Center is not very pedestrian friendly and no direct access to other buildings.
·7 Landscape: Wax Myrtle is not a good buffer, Aztec Grass over 4,000 normal is 500, this is a weak plant
Mulch only 25% can be cypress, suggest pine bark
No specifications on palm plantings

·8 Dumpsters have been isolated and can not be viewed from Corkscrew, visible from Miramar
·9 Bicycle racks is required in overlay recommended by EDRC to revise plans
·10 Entry Ways pavers at entrances, possibly with a concrete underlay, hardest
·11 Signage to be coordinated with area requested no pylon sign. EDRC would like to review a sign package.
·12 Architecture Corkscrew Road elevation EDRC suggested for arches to have more delineation (scored/tiled).
·13 Plan left and right sides are reversed
·1 EDRC Monthly Meetings to be held 2nd Tuesday of each month. Meeting start time has been changed to 4:30 p.m.
