| Comments: |
·1 Current plants exist and are mature. 40’existing buffer with pines and palmettos (dense indigenous). |
·2 Dumpster visible from Corkscrew Road. Applicant agreed to add additional landscaping to buffer dumpster area. |
·3 Committee has a major concern of the architectural view from Corkscrew. (Suggested to mirror West side entry to the South side that faces Corkscrew. |
·4 Bike rack too far from front of bank entrance. Applicant agreed to relocate closer to front entrance near Northwest corner of building |
·1 Plan showed 53 parking spaces. Bank America’s minimum parking space requirement is 45 per bank, as stated by applicant. Committee requested for 3 spaces to be deleted to provide additional landscape areas. Applicant agreed. |

·2 Applicant stated that a few changes have been made since packets were distributed (will note during presentation) |
·3 Landscape plan was not submitted and applicant stated they would like some feedback from committee. |
·4 Plan showed 45 parking spaces, code requires 17. Committee would like to have some spaces deleted and have those areas become landscape areas or open space. Applicant agreed to consider suggestion. Applicant noted that site had already provided 40% open space. |
·5 Applicant would like to move sign further North to avoid large existing Publix sign. |
·6 Applicant agreed to increase the open space and/or landscape around the sign. |
·7 Sidewalk by Sign to be connected towards front entrance. |
·8 Committee suggested selecting contrasting colors instead of matching them to existing plaza colors. Applicant agreed if allowed by plaza developer rules. |
·9 Proposed building visually looks great from both sides of Ben Hill and Center of plaza. (Committee complimented the architecture) |
·10 Committee has architecturally recommended approval. Applicant must return to committee with a detailed landscape plan for final review by EDRC. |

·11 Reviewed and discussed New EDRC Application package and Submittal Requirements – approved with additions to architectural elevations “and be to scale with dimensions” and “diagrammatic landscape plans are not acceptable”. To be updated by WR. |
