Bill Prysy-Absent Notes Taken by: Krista Divis Meeting Minutes of July 9, 2003 Applicant: Shebly Homes c/o Barraco & Associates, Inc.Application Fee of $100 (Confirm is Wayne received check) Presentation by: Brian R. Smith-Barraco & Associates
Comments/Suggestions: Presenter informed committee that this will be a 100% temporary sales facility. Parking will be located in rear of double-wide trailer. Landscape-will be type A and type B buffer, exceeds code for landscape. Parafet around the entire roof of the double-wide trailer, agreed to by presenter. Option 1 with black rail and colors, as on draft example, will be used on site. Committee suggested if any additional changes, applicant may want to re-present. OLD BUSINESSNew secretary-still needed to begin for September meeting. NEW BUSINESSApplications need to be postmarked 10 days prior to meeting date. Wayne R. to revise application to state 10 days prior to meeting postmarked date. Wal-mart will be presenting next month. Wayne R. to provide description of EDRC meeting purpose to media and/or any other requested sources. Wayne R. and Gordon L. to be contact representative for EDRC in regards to Wal-Mart issues. NEXT EDRC MEETING WILL BE HELD ON WEDNESDAY, August 13, 2003 AT 5 PM AT THE VINES COUNTRY CLUB - THE PERRY ROOM.
