The Vines Country Club – The Perry Room Meeting Time: 5:00 Members in Attendance: Wayne Robinson, Gordon Lyons, Al O’Donnell, Bill Prysi, Diane Ferrando Members Absent: Dwight Oakley, Bob Flato, Ron Dillon Minutes by: Scott Wickett Meeting Minutes of July 14, 2004 Fee: Paid Presentation by: Michael Neff, Heidt & Associates, Jim Manners, Toll Brothers Comments/Suggestions: Verify same level of landscape as Bella Lago (across the street, same developer) Committee states that there is not enough information for wall and entry design to comment – committee agreed that wall, entry and landscape should be similar to Bella Lago or better Committee requests larger-than-code-minimum trees on buffers – 45 Gallon Min., 12’-14’ O.A. HT. Recommend substitution of Live Oaks for some of the large quantity of east palatka holly trees to reduce the ratio of hollies on buffer Committee would like to see additional rendering of proposed entry design Fee: Paid Presentation by: Mike Hueniken, US Homes, Elizabeth Fountain, Wilson Miller Comments/Suggestions: Committee requests larger-than-code-minimum trees – 45 Gallon Min., 12’-14’ O.A. HT. Recommend larger number of pines in clusters and use souther seed source for all pine trees Entry feature will be submitted separately later Developer states that buffering along the vines will meet or exceed buffers proposed by Wal-Mart development New BusinessNone Next EDRC Meeting will be Held on Wednesday, August 11, 2004, 5:00 P.M. at The Vines Country Club – The Perry Room
