Comments/Suggestions: Appreciated the common-sense approach of moving some of lake-buffer plantings to rear of lake, which allows for water views from U. Comments/Suggestions: No Development Orders were discussed Continuing updates as project continues on quarterly basis Old Business Navona at the Colony—Committee suggested the residence hire appropriate professional to provide design concepts for their design workshop or ask individuals for a volunteer effort. Designs should illustrate what residents would support for submittal to WCI for review and comment. Committee feels WCI has made some enhancements to the parking garage design from the sketches provided by Erickson Architects. It is unclear how WCI plans to provide planting areas, drainage and irrigation to plants shown atop the garage structure.
