What are developer standards?
Several developers in Estero have established their own set of design and appearance standards to promote unity both within their development and with Estero at large. If your developer has established its own guidelines, you must abide within those as well. For example, Paradise Shoppes, Coconut Point and Plaza Del Sol all have Developer Adopted Guidelines.

Still Not Sure?
If your project is within a larger development, check with the developer to find out whether developer standards have been established. There is no "master list" of developer standards.

Note: Developer standards do not replace the requirements of the Land Development Code; they must comply with them. They may also include additional requirements.
