If you are erecting a new building(s) or new/replacement signage within the Estero Planning Boundary and/or seeking a Development Order from Lee County, you must comply with the Estero Community Plan, (Chapter 33 [buildings] and Chapter 30 [signage] of the Lee County Land Development Code).
